You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and unworn. Please note that certain items, such as clearance items marked as final sale, personalized products, and undergarments for hygiene reasons, are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, log in to your mooutfit.com account and go to the "Track Orders" section. Find the order you wish to return and click on "Request Return". Follow the on - screen instructions to generate a return label.

3. Return Shipping

For eligible returns, we will provide you with a prepaid return label. Simply print the label, attach it to the original packaging, and drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier location. If you choose to use your own shipping method, please ensure that you obtain a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost returns.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 - 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid with a gift card, the refund will be credited back to the gift card.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. Due to inventory fluctuations, we cannot guarantee the availability of the replacement item at the time of your exchange request.
